Prototype ready for usability testing and further refinements.

This is a prototype of an app for building investment proposals for Wealth Management clients. It includes (2) AI components: a "suggested asset allocation" feature and an Executive Summary writer.

Built using Google's Firebase Studio with AI chatbot.

Script: You are a Financial Advisor for XYZ Financial, creating an investment proposal for your client, Barb Feldman. You're putting her play account into Investment Strategy Alpha, and her vacation fund into Investment Strategy Echo. You can set restrictions and preferences for each account, and experiment with how money should be allocated if she wishes to be more aggressive.

Financial Plan Billing Workflow & Status Dashboard (excerpt)

Prototype used for workflow validation and technical feasibility discussions.

This is an app designed to assign fees and monitor approval status for Financial Goal Analysis plans. Before the tool was built, fee paperwork was tracked manually, with zero transparency or notification of rejections.

Target users: Financial Advisors, Client Service Associates, and Branch Office Managers.

Prototype built with Axure RP. The full prototype* covers workflows for individuals and for corporate entities who use XYZ Financial who provide Financial Plans to their employees as a part of their benefits, and the Admin screens allowing support staff to manage plans at scale.

Script: You are a Financial Advisor Rosaly Thomas, and you are creating a one-time Financial Plan for your client Kevin Taylor. You can set the fee between $1000 - $2500. The plan type is FGA (Financial Goal Analysis) and because there are tricky tax and estate planning pieces, you are pulling in two specialists from your team (Rich Bailey and Christina Roberts**). This is not a corporate sponsored plan, and the client will pay up front in full from his UBS account.
